Strength & Conditioning

MON & WED: 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Thursday 6:30pm

Saturday 10am

Experience a 60-Minute Strength and Conditioning class with mobility exercises and  progressive strength moves, incorporating body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells and barbells. Conclude the session with a short conditioning segment, including activities like the assault bike and rowing machine as well as other conditioning movements that include but are not limited to bodyweight and resistance movements. This portion of the class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Strength & Conditioning is a well-rounded and effective fitness routine, tailored to challenge individual progression.

Women's Strength Training

MON, WED 6:30pm

Similar to our regular Strength & Conditioning class, but tailored exclusively for women, this session combines resistance training, bodyweight exercises and functional movements as well as a conditioning aspect to help improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Led by supportive instructors, it fosters a comfortable and motivating environment for women to build strength, enhance muscle tone, and boost confidence. This is a great place to start if you are new to strength training or apprehensive of starting a new program.

Teen Girl Strength & Conditioning 

MON & WED: 7:30pm

Introducing our Teen Girls Strength and Conditioning class, a unique blend of strength training, agility exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Crafted For teenage girls, this class combines resistance workouts with agility drills to improve overall fitness and athleticism, with an emphasis on fortifying areas prone to injuries in sports. Led by experienced instructors to help your teen build strength, agility and instills habits for long-term well being.

Bootcamp

TUES: 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm
THURS: 4:30pm and 5:30pm

Join our Boot Camp class for an invigorating fitness experience. This group workout blends cardio, strength training and agility exercises, providing a dynamic and challenging atmosphere. Guided by experienced Coaches, expect a dynamic session that fosters camaraderie and encourages you to break a sweat while pushing you to achieve your fitness goals. Walk away feeling both accomplished and revitalized.

HIIT

FRIDAY: 4:30pm

Immerse yourself in the intensity of our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. Designed for maximum impact in a short time, this session alternates between bursts of vigorous exercises and brief recovery periods. Expect a heart-pounding workout that challenges your cardiovascular fitness, burns calories, and enhances overall endurance. Join us for a dynamic and efficient HIIT experience to push your limits and achieve results.
